ALITTLECARD

Amidst the COVID-19 situation, many volunteer organizations, including ourselves, found it increasingly difficult to physically meet up to host voluntary activities. In light of this development, we initiated ALittleCard, a project aimed at spreading good will through words of affirmation to the parties we felt were most affected during this pandemic season.

Our pilot run in April of 2020 saw us penning messages of hope to the migrant workers residing in isolation facilities as they experienced a growing numbers of cases forming in their communities.

Our 2nd run of ALCard held in September 2020 was targeted towards the researchers at the Department of Molecular Pathology at SGH. Recognizing the risks they undertook in testing the streams of swab samples from around the country every day, we shared messages of gratitude from everyday Singaporeans.
